"My painting is the same on each side!" - Zara

...Painting symmetrical patterns. 

Zara painted a beautiful picture this morning and excitedly called to me, "Look, my painting is the same on each side." It has been interesting to observe the girls noticing and creating patterns throughout the day here at school. Just like with our shadow inquiry, it is almost as if patterns are always in the back of the girls minds.
